Technology Associate/Salesforce Specialist

Job Description

The primary role is to support the build out of Robertson Stephens’ wealth management platform. We are looking to hire someone with significant expertise using Salesforce, who will be responsible for the deployment, onboarding and ongoing training for our advisors. The person will also be leading the integration of Salesforce into our broader technology platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key Salesforce point of contact across advisors, business development, operations and various functional areas of the firm
  • Collaborate with advisor teams and business development to ensure the accurate loading of data from legacy systems
  • Understand system requirements and identify and resolve configuration issues
  • Ensure data clean-up tasks are performed, specifically after new software deployments
  • Maintain all data templates and other files used in the onboarding process
  • Document and maintain processes and procedures for onboarding, data migration and data-cleanups
  • Lead training for all internal teams on Salesforce to maximize utilization and get full value

Skills/Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years Salesforce data migration experience
  • 2+ years data analysis experience, preferably with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and using other productivity tools
  • Experience in the wealth management industry and RIA space highly desired
  • Experience onboarding new advisor teams preferred
  • Ability to partner with cross organizational teams and gather customer requirements for end user computing technologies
  • Management and leadership skills with the ability to encourage and build a positive, collaborative work environment
