This policy describes how Robertson Stephens Wealth Management, LLC, including our affiliate broker-dealer, Robertson Stephens Capital Markets, LLC, as well as Robertson Stephens Holdings, LLC, 415 Insurance Solutions, LLC, 1978 Private Office, LLC, and our affiliates LAC Partners LP, LAC Holdings LP, Long Arc Capital LP, VeArc Holdings, LLC, VeArc Two, LLC and VeArc Technologies Private Limited (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our” or “Robertson Stephens”) collect, use, and store Personal Information, which includes collection through our website, www.rscapital.com, and through services provided either through the website or through our Affiliates or Service Providers (collectively our “Services”). “Personal Information” is data about you or data that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, or other information that could lead to your identification as an individual. The terms Affiliates and Service Providers are defined later in this Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to our practices described below.

We maintain your consent on file when you register for our Services, including completion of your investment profile and thereby consent to processing of any your Sensitive Personal Information, such as work history, outside of Colorado.
