Hunter Norte is a Vice President at Robertson Stephens where he serves as the Portfolio Manager for the team. He specializing in security analysis, portfolio construction, risk management, and trading. He brings extensive experience in global capital markets to his role. Hunter’s career began at Wells Fargo in credit markets, navigating the complexities of the Global Financial Crisis. He then spent a decade on the trading floors of Nomura Securities and Goldman Sachs in New York City. He then spent a year as an analyst building a hedge fund focused on under-researched areas of the market. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Hunter was a Portfolio Manager at The Nulman Group at Hightower Advisors. Hunter earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Models & Data from Trinity College. While at Trinity, he was a member and multi-season captain of both the Cross Country and Track & Field teams. He holds his General Securities Representative License (Series 7), the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam (Series 63), and the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
