Becky is a Senior Vice President on the Operations Team at Robertson Stephens, based in the firm’s San Francisco office. With more than 20 years of experience in private wealth management and asset management, she brings extensive experience in driving operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic execution. She plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s operational framework, developing and implementing operational strategies, and partnering closely with Advisor Teams to manage custodian relationships, streamline onboarding processes, and enhance the overall client and advisor experience.
Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Becky served as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and First Republic Bank. Throughout her career, she has led and supported initiatives focused on client account migrations, operational workflow optimization, process improvement, and business transformation. She has also collaborated on compliance initiatives through the review and implementation of policies and procedures. Her ability to connect strategic objectives with practical operational execution has enabled her to drive greater efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency while delivering high-quality support to advisors and clients.
Becky earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Francisco State University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking Bay Area trails, traveling, and exploring local museums.
