Alicia is a Senior Vice President in the Wealth Planning group at Robertson Stephens, where she partners with advisor teams to deliver comprehensive financial planning strategies for high and ultra-high net worth families, executives, and entrepreneurs. With over a decade of experience in wealth management, she specializes in integrating investment, tax, estate, retirement, risk management, and charitable giving strategies to help people achieve clarity and confidence in their financial lives.
As a senior planner, Alicia leads meetings with families and business owners to understand their objectives and present customized solutions, always with a fiduciary mindset. She works with families on estate planning needs, assisting in the design and coordination of strategies with their attorneys and other professionals to support future generations and philanthropy. Alicia leverages her experience to support entrepreneurs in pre-transaction planning for business exits and liquidity events, while advising on equity compensation and stock option strategies. In addition to her client-facing role, Alicia helps enhance the firm’s wealth planning capabilities by training advisor teams in planning and contributing thought leadership on technical planning issues and regulatory developments.
Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Alicia worked with ultra-high net worth families at Hall Capital Partners LLC and Evergreen Gavekal in San Francisco. She earned her CFP® designation in 2018 and is an active member of the Financial Planning Association.
Alicia holds a BA in Romance Languages and Literature from Bowdoin College. Based in New York City, she enjoys yoga, baking, traveling, and spending time at the beach.
