Dan Zarzynski

Vice President

Dan is a Vice President in the Robertson Stephens North Barrington office. He ensures that the right people, processes, and practices are in place and aligned with our client-first philosophy. He also maintains a culture of continuous improvement to enhance our client service by developing strategies for connecting to and interacting with our practice and resources.

Prior to Robertson Stephens, Dan was the Operations Manager at CAFG Private Wealth. Dan primarily focused on the key performance indicators necessary to ensure the operation ran smoothly and added value to the client experience. He has also had a successful and unique career spanning multiple industries, including manufacturing, marine recreation, mass media, event production, and sports. He has a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in finance, operations, business development, account management, and client services.

Dan holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.  Dan and his wife, Shannon, currently live in Arlington Heights with their two pitbull rescues, Dexter and Addison.  In his free time, Dan enjoys playing golf, traveling, live music, and supporting all of the Chicago sports teams, especially the Bears.
