As Vice President with Robertson Stephens, Dinah is responsible for client portfolio administration and office management within the firm’s Pasadena office. In this critical role, she handles a variety of administrative tasks including client reporting and meeting preparation, client relationship management, database maintenance, document retention and recordkeeping. She works closely with client CPAs for charitable gifting and end-of-year tax reporting.
Working closely with portfolio manager, Karen McClintock, Dinah is part of a collaborative team that is committed to serving clients with the highest standard of care. Her role involves communicating with clients and acting as a point of contact with client custodians to ensure funds are properly handled in accordance with client directives. Dinah’s dedication to excellence is evident in her use of technology to enhance workflow efficiencies.
Prior to Robertson Stephens, Dinah worked alongside Karen as an Executive Assistant with LS Investment Advisors (2008-2021), Portfolio Management Partners, a division of Natixis Asset Management Advisors LP (2006-2008) and Loomis, Sayles & Company, LP (1997-2006). Before joining Loomis Sayles, Dinah attended AA-Catherine College of Business. Her professional care and dedication extend to her volunteer work. As a devoted parishioner of St. Sophia Orthodox Cathedral for nearly 22 years, Dinah has served on the Parish Council, Executive Board and Los Angeles Greekfest Committee.
