Eli Ince is a Vice President at Robertson Stephens and a member of the Bellevue, Washington team alongside Michael Ridgeway and Adam Robertson. He works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate investment strategy, wealth planning, and complex financial decisions.
Eli brings more than thirteen years of experience in investment management, financial planning, and wealth advisory services. Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, he served as an investment advisor and financial planner with MassMutual Northwest, where he helped clients integrate investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning strategies into comprehensive financial plans. Earlier in his career, Eli held leadership roles at Seattle-area registered investment advisory firms, serving as Chief Investment Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Market Strategist. His experience also includes advisory work with a fintech startup, private investments in real estate and technology ventures, and more than a decade of graduate-level teaching in investments and finance.
Eli is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. A long-time leader within the investment profession, Eli served as President of CFA Society Seattle and spent more than a decade on its Board of Directors. He currently serves on the steering committee of PRMIA Seattle. Eli lives in North Seattle with his two children. Outside of work, he enjoys running, hiking, and exploring the trails and waterways of the Pacific Northwest.
