Mike Tierney is a Principal and Managing Director in the Robertson Stephens West Palm Beach office.

Mike believes that wherever your wealth intersects your life, he will be there for you and your family’s future.

Mike acts as an advisor to family offices and families considering one. His clients can have the benefits of a family office without building one of their own. Mike’s practice is comprehensive in scope. While his business is anchored in delivering leading-edge investment management and planning solutions he is also able to bring to bear specialty estate and income tax strategies by bringing in an outside law firm he has worked with for decades.

Mike has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry and, specifically, family wealth management. Mike was previously with Salomon Brothers and Montgomery Securities in New York. Before Robertson Stephens, Mike was Managing Director and senior member of The Presidio Group’s wealth advisory business in San Francisco.

Mike earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University. He is married with four children and lives in West Palm Beach.
