Megan Mikusa

Vice President

Megan is a Vice President at Robertson Stephens North Barrington office. She delivers exceptional service and genuinely cares for our clients. Megan builds strong relationships, manages a diversity of tasks, and has strong attention to detail.

Prior to Robertson Stephens, Megan was the Client Service Coordinator at CAFG Private Wealth. With a strong focus on the financial planning process, she provided key administrative support and managed ongoing advisor and client requests. She handled account openings, daily transactions, and service issue resolution.

Megan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University. She is happily married and the proud mother of two teenage daughters. She is passionate about fitness and enjoys teaching exercise classes. In her free time, Megan can be found exploring new destinations with her family and dog, Tarzan.
