Victor is a Senior Vice President on the Technology and Operations team at Robertson Stephens, bringing more than 10 years of experience across private wealth management and asset management. He specializes in data management and analytics, operational strategy, and business transformation, bridging business and technology strategies to drive operational excellence.
Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Victor was part of the First Republic Transition team at JPMorgan Chase, supporting the migration of client accounts and investment platforms. At First Republic Bank, he started in the Finance team before joining the Investment Management and Research team, where he led data management and analytics initiatives supporting the Chief Investment Office. Moving to Private Wealth Management Operations, he served as Vice President of Operations Strategy and Administration, leading strategic initiatives and helping scale investment platforms. Victor started his career at Natixis, where he was a Junior Trader.
Victor earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from Sciences Po Strasbourg. He also holds professional certificates in SQL and Data Management from the University of San Francisco and in Python for Data Science and Machine Learning from Cornell University.
Victor enjoys spending time with his two children, cooking for his family, traveling, and learning about new technologies.
