Courtney is a Vice President at Robertson Stephens in the New York Office. She supports Avi Deutsch in providing an outstanding client experience. Courtney especially enjoys working with clients on complex financial planning initiatives and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the advisory relationship.
Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Courtney served as Director of Professional Services at Altera Digital Health, where she led international teams and managed health information system implementations worldwide. Before that, she was Managing Director of Solutions Delivery at Dimagi, where she oversaw a global team of 55 professional services staff managing more than 40 digital health programs across the US, India, and Sub-Saharan Africa while managing a divisional P&L with annual revenue exceeding $10M. Earlier in her career, Courtney spent over a decade at Accenture as a Senior Manager, leading project teams for major clients including Verizon, AOL, and Best Buy. She also dedicated a transformative year in Rwanda as a Fellow at Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village, where she mentored orphaned and vulnerable students and facilitated strategic planning initiatives.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Georgetown University and brings a unique blend of global perspective and operational excellence to wealth management. She has developed expertise across multiple continents and industries in team management and strategic stakeholder relationships. Courtney is based in Philadelphia and in her spare time, she enjoys supporting the local sports teams, trying new restaurants, and mentoring young founders in the development sector.
